Web Failure
We were off the web for almost a month. It has been very frustrating for us and it took this long to get the problem fixed. After a number of attempted repairs it was determined that the motherboard had gone - one month after the warranty expired... The motherboard was repalced ane we were back up before Christmas for three days and the computer quit again! After many hours of frustrating trouble shooting we determined that the new motherboard had failed.
