Fleet Rentals

Buckley’s Music is pleased to offer you fleet band rentals, fleet rentals with a purchase option, and fleet leasing. If your goal is to have a band with correct instrument voicing, that is financially feasible for the members’ family and requires minimal administration, you will be glad to know about our fleet plans. All too often school bands consist of high voiced instruments with little or no bottom voices (due to the high cost of renting larger instruments and the relatively lower rental cost of smaller instruments).

The main concept of this program is to average the cost of your band package to make it more affordable. Each member of the band pays the same price regardless of the instrument played. Remember that you the Band Director will choose the instrument mix for your requirements. The cost will depend on the mix and the fleet option you choose.

The following package is offered as an example:
6 - flutes 4 - trumpets 8 - clarinets 2 - French horns 2 - alto saxophones 3 - trombones 1 - tenor saxophone 1 - euphonium or baritone 1 - baritone saxophone 2 - tubas This package provides a total of 30 units. The cost of a rental package to each participating student is approximately $30 per month for the school year for a band instrument. Our regular rent with a purchase option fee would range from $23 to $125 per month for the same instruments. An additional 10% saving on a straight rental may be had by making one advance payment covering the entire year.
Maintenance and insurance protection is available for an additional charge.
Rates are also available for all percussion instruments - snare drums to timpani!
Contact us with your instrumentation and we will develop a package price for your school band. Shipment is made to your school in bulk and at no cost to the school or parents. The school is responsible for the cost of returning any instrument.
