  Formed in 1989, the Nova Scotia Youth Wind Ensemble is comprised of members drawn from provincial high schools and universities.

• Nova Scotia Junior Wind Ensemble 2008-09 (NSJWE)

  Auditions will be held on these dates:

  • Sydney - Thursday, May 29
  • New Glasgow - Friday, May 30
  • Coldbrook - Friday, May 30
  • Halifax/Metro -Saturday, May 31

  Please see PDF copies of a parent information letter, a letter for teachers and an application form. Band students currently in grades 6, 7, 8, or 9 are welcome to audition!
